TOEFL Structure

The TOEFL Structure section aims at testing candidate’s ability to solve questions on Vocabulary, Grammar and Usage of Standard English.

The TOEFL Structure section usually follows the following question pattern in the TOEFL exam:

  • TOEFL Sentence Completion: The candidate is expected to choose the best possible word or phrase from the given choices.


  • TOEFL Sentence Correction: The candidate is expected find out which of the underlined words is grammatically incorrect.
